A focused development program for ambitious amateur padel players who want to train the part of the game that decides matches — but that no one has ever taught them how to work with.

You play great in training. You hit the ball cleanly, you move well, you make good decisions.

Then match day comes. The pressure rises. And suddenly you’re a different player. You freeze up. You get nervous and play either too passively or too aggressively. You make the wrong decisions. You react in a way you don’t like — frustration, giving up, or you shut down completely.

It’s not a technical problem. It’s a mental pattern. And it can change — once you understand what’s happening and how you can act on it.

Mental strength is not innate. It’s a skill. And it can be trained.

Your Mental Foundation works systematically with the dimension most players have never trained: how you react under pressure.

It’s not an innate ability. It’s a skill that must be trained on equal footing with your technique, tactics, and physicality.

The program

5 sessions. One focus. Your foundation.

You start with Session 1 with me, where you learn to understand what happens in your head and body when you come under pressure. We set a direction for the program.

Phase 1 · Session 1–2

Purpose and motivation

We dig in and find your mission. Your why. What you want to be remembered as, as an athlete. Using models from the world’s leading sports psychologists, we clarify your inner drive and motivation as a padel player and as a person. Player Reckoning Blueprint™.

Phase 1 · Session 1–2

Your drive

We clarify what drives you, and what your values are as a player. These are essential for building the foundation for strong performance. Crossroads Mapping.

Phase 2 · Session 3

New action choices

We go through your mental strength compass and design personal, values-based strategies for the moments where you typically fall back into old patterns. You learn to act in line with your mission and your values. This is the core.

Phase 3 · Session 4–5

Consolidation and mental development plan

We go through and implement concrete tools that help you sustain values-driven action when things get difficult and the pressure rises.

Follow-up and Mission 2.0

The Wheel of Competence is reassessed. Where are the differences? What has worked? We design your Mission 2.0: who have I become as an athlete — and your plan going forward.

Paid for by your employer? Your Mental Foundation develops mental resilience, decision-making under pressure, and structured self-leadership — skills that extend far beyond the padel court.
