The problem

Why most ambitious padel players stop developing

You train two to three times a week. You have played for several years. You have taken private lessons. You study YouTube for small technical details.

But you don’t see the development you feel you have the potential for. You make the same mistakes. You run into the same ceiling.

It’s not because you don’t work hard enough. It’s because you’re working on the wrong things — and without structure.

What we see again and again in ambitious players:

Padel Skool solves the underlying gap — not by giving you more tips, but by giving you structure.

What it is

A development environment — not a content library

Built for players who

  • Want to understand the game, not just react
  • Take ownership of their own development
  • Are willing to work reflectively with what they do
  • Already invest in their padel and want structure around that investment

Not for players who

  • Just want more tips or are looking for quick fixes.

Padel Skool is not a collection of videos. It is not a community where people talk. It is a serious development environment with structure, requirements, and clear progression.

The system

Four pillars. Level-based. Earned advancement.

A padel player is the combined product of four dimensions — that develop in parallel, not in isolation.

Pillar 1

Mental

How you react when the match tips. Trained like a muscle, not a personality trait — through ACT-based tools from modern sports psychology.

Pillar 2

Conceptual

Understanding the game before you react. Positioning, pattern recognition, and decisions built on the dynamics of the game — not autopilot.

Pillar 3

Physical

The foundation everything else rests on. Movement quality, agility, endurance — targeted at padel’s specific demands for quick changes of direction and explosive movements.

Pillar 4

Technical

Shots, footwork, timing. Always connected to purpose — we don’t train technique in isolation without a framework.

Padel Skool is built level-based. You advance only when you have shown you have mastered the current level — through self-assessment, peer review, and mentor approval. Earned advancement.

Your week

What you actually do each week

1

Train with structure

Every week you get focus points across the four pillars — adapted to your level. You train at your local club, but now with a plan and a purpose.

2

Reflect on what you’re doing

You work reflectively with what you do — briefly, in your own words: what you practiced, what you felt was changing, where you’re still struggling. How often is up to you. It’s about making your development visible, not about hitting a deadline.

3

Assess and advance

Once you’ve worked through a level, we review it together. If you’re ready — you advance. If you’re not, you know exactly what’s missing.

Plus these tools you have access to

AI-based shot analysis

Upload video of a shot and get structured feedback on technique. A tool for seeing yourself from the outside between training sessions.

The team

Built by two coaches who know what they’re talking about

Tore Skjold Deleuran

Padel coach since 2018. Former elite junior tennis player. Teaches on the Danish Padel Federation’s coach education program, coaches juniors on the Danish national junior squad, regular instructor at SportsStar College and Idrætsefterskolen. Private lessons booked out without any public marketing.

Andreas Johansson

Swedish professional padel coach and one of the Nordic region’s most accomplished padel coaches. Coaches Swedish professional players and runs the YouTube channel with over 29,000 subscribers. Co-creator of Padel Skool together with Tore.

We built Padel Skool together because we saw the same gap in the market: ambitious players without a structured development environment.

FAQ

Questions I often get

How much time does it require each week?

There’s no fixed amount you have to get through. You can start with exactly as much as you want. If you make full use of the weekly setup — focus points, level assessment, and live sessions — you’ll land at around two hours a week on top of your regular training. It’s not a content universe you need to keep up with. It’s a structure you work with at your own pace.

What level do I need to be at to join?

We build it from the ground up, so you don’t need a specific number of years behind you. But you’ll likely get the most out of Padel Skool once you’ve reached the point where you compete — used to playing matches and training. If you’re a complete beginner, I recommend you first build some basic routines and get into the sport.

Does everything happen online?

Yes. Padel Skool takes place online via the Skool platform, so there’s no geographic limitation. Live sessions run at roughly fixed times and are recorded, so you can watch them afterward if you can’t join live.

What if it’s not for me?

7-day free trial — try it for the first 7 days. We’d rather you leave than get stuck in something that doesn’t fit you.
