For ambitious padel players who want more than tips. Built on four pillars. Level-based. Earned advancement.
Receive immediately: free 7-minute video — The 3 mistakes I see in ambitious padel players
You train two to three times a week. You have played for several years. You have taken private lessons. You study YouTube for small technical details.
But you don’t see the development you feel you have the potential for. You make the same mistakes. You run into the same ceiling.
It’s not because you don’t work hard enough. It’s because you’re working on the wrong things — and without structure.
What we see again and again in ambitious players:
Padel Skool solves the underlying gap — not by giving you more tips, but by giving you structure.
Padel Skool is not a collection of videos. It is not a community where people talk. It is a serious development environment with structure, requirements, and clear progression.
A padel player is the combined product of four dimensions — that develop in parallel, not in isolation.
How you react when the match tips. Trained like a muscle, not a personality trait — through ACT-based tools from modern sports psychology.
Understanding the game before you react. Positioning, pattern recognition, and decisions built on the dynamics of the game — not autopilot.
The foundation everything else rests on. Movement quality, agility, endurance — targeted at padel’s specific demands for quick changes of direction and explosive movements.
Shots, footwork, timing. Always connected to purpose — we don’t train technique in isolation without a framework.
Padel Skool is built level-based. You advance only when you have shown you have mastered the current level — through self-assessment, peer review, and mentor approval. Earned advancement.
Every week you get focus points across the four pillars — adapted to your level. You train at your local club, but now with a plan and a purpose.
You work reflectively with what you do — briefly, in your own words: what you practiced, what you felt was changing, where you’re still struggling. How often is up to you. It’s about making your development visible, not about hitting a deadline.
Once you’ve worked through a level, we review it together. If you’re ready — you advance. If you’re not, you know exactly what’s missing.
Upload video of a shot and get structured feedback on technique. A tool for seeing yourself from the outside between training sessions.
Upload video of a match and receive peer-review feedback from Andreas, me, or a mentor. Focus on decisions, patterns, and development potential.
A curated collection of padel-specific exercises linked to the four pillars. You get served what fits where you stand — not a random YouTube feed. Every exercise has a purpose.

We built Padel Skool together because we saw the same gap in the market: ambitious players without a structured development environment.
Cohort 1 opens over the summer of 2026. It’s the first group of members to become part of Padel Skool — and their feedback will shape the system permanently.
50 spots at this price. That’s not scarcity — it’s the number Andreas and I can handle properly during the build-up phase. Once they’re filled, the founding member price closes permanently.
Padel Skool is not for you if:
It’s better to know this now than to sign up and discover it.
There’s no fixed amount you have to get through. You can start with exactly as much as you want. If you make full use of the weekly setup — focus points, level assessment, and live sessions — you’ll land at around two hours a week on top of your regular training. It’s not a content universe you need to keep up with. It’s a structure you work with at your own pace.
We build it from the ground up, so you don’t need a specific number of years behind you. But you’ll likely get the most out of Padel Skool once you’ve reached the point where you compete — used to playing matches and training. If you’re a complete beginner, I recommend you first build some basic routines and get into the sport.
Yes. Padel Skool takes place online via the Skool platform, so there’s no geographic limitation. Live sessions run at roughly fixed times and are recorded, so you can watch them afterward if you can’t join live.
